My approach to supporting growing businesses is based on relationship marketing strategy. Relationship marketing does not use invasive actions to connect with your dream client. Instead, it relies on approaches that help retain and keep your clients happy!  It is all about establishing a long-time and loyal client base.

Use your voice in a language that speaks to your dream client in all your digital spaces: your website, your social media channels, your blog, and your e-newsletter. All of these tools can be leveraged to build strategic connections with the people who are looking for your services.

Having a visually appealing, easy-to-explore, website will encourage visitors to learn more about your offer. Typically, visitors will stay on your site for less than a minute, so your strategic messaging must catch their eye immediately and they need to find what they are looking for, quickly. Over half the people you will meet are looking for your website before they will do business with you.

Once you have your site up and running, it is important to keep the strategic content new and fresh. There are easy to manage ways to help with that goal by offering a direct link to your offers through an e-newsletter and a blog.

Continuing that strategic message on your social media can be the starting point of building a relationship with your customers.  Different channels are used for different purposes and we will come up with a strategy that works for you.

I have been involved in the nonprofit sector for a couple of decades now. I started as a volunteer and later, found myself drawn to working for a mission to help change the world.

My work has ranged from helping out at events as a volunteer to serving as the executive director to leading boards. Although I have not been an employee with a nonprofit in the past few years, I am still drawn to supporting the sector as a consultant.
