As a relatively new business owner, I am on the constant look for tips on how to be the most productive I can be so I can do the work I love: creating content for my clients! I am such a fan of setting up a few systems to build your capacity and came across this site today: OnDeck. I encourage you to read the whole darn thing because it is full of great ideas.
Admittedly, it was slow going to figure out how to plan my work week but now I plan my months in advance so I don’t have to figure things out on Monday mornings, week by week. Being able to do so helps me get things done with out the daily hair pulling of trying to figure out my first step for the day.
My next goal is learning the fine art of prioritizing. There are only so many hours in a day and I am determined to keep my work day to a reasonable duration.
